Placing an order through this site is an offer to purchase, which we accept once your payment is confirmed (or, for bank transfer/pickup orders, once we've verified receipt). We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if a ready-made item goes out of stock after you order — in which case we'll contact you and issue a full refund for that item.
Bespoke orders are cut and sewn specifically for you based on the measurements and preferences you provide. Delivery timelines quoted at checkout or during consultation are estimates; production time may vary with fabric availability and order volume. Because bespoke pieces are made-to-order, they are non-refundable once production begins — though we'll always work with you on genuine fit issues identified at fitting.
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price charged. We accept payment via Paystack, Flutterwave, direct bank transfer, and cash on pickup at our Ibadan atelier.
We ship nationwide within Nigeria via tracked courier. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed; delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances outside our control are not our liability, though we'll always help track down a delayed shipment.
Ready-made items may be returned unworn, with tags attached, within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return once production has started, except where the finished piece does not match the confirmed specification.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
